You are invited to join the Diocesan Pilgrimage

...part of the Sesquicentenary Celebrations for the Diocese of Bathurst

Bishop Michael McKenna will be undertaking a pilgrimage around the Diocese of Bathurst for five days from 28th September to 2nd October 2015, as part of our 150 years celebrations. Starting and finishing in Bathurst, the pilgrimage bus will travel to all parishes of our Diocese - with each place participating in its own particular way.

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN BISHOP MCKENNA,
FOR ALL OR PART, OF THIS SPECIAL TRIP.

Father Tim Cahill will accompany the Bishop and offer a unique opportunity to learn more about the rich history of our Diocese in this important sesquicentenary year. Pilgrims will be billeted for overnight stays in the parishes of Mudgee, Coonabarabran, Dubbo and Cowra. In these places, we will celebrate Mass and share an evening meal with parishioners. Breakfast will be with your hosts and light lunches will be provided in other parishes. In some places there may be just a simple prayer and/or cuppa. There is no charge for the pilgrimage, however any donations will be gratefully received to offset costs.
