Catholic Healthcare's most outstanding employee of 2012

The Gold DOVE Award is an annual award designed to recognise outstanding staff achievements and is the highest level of staff recognition within Catholic Healthcare. Each year it is awarded to one employee within each service line: residential aged care, healthcare, community services and the corporate office. Recipients are nominated by their peers and nominations are reviewed by an independent panel against the organizations values of hospitality, respect, excellence, honesty and compassion.

This year Catholic Healthcare congratulates Angela Stocks, Deputy Residential Manager of St Catherine’s Aged Care, Bathurst as the 2012 Gold DOVE Award winner.

Elizabeth Zachulski, Residential Manager, St Catherine’s Aged Care, said, “Angela is an exceptional nurse, outstanding manager and an excellent example of how to demonstrate the values of Catholic Healthcare to us all.”

The staff and residents of St Catherine’s were thrilled with Angela’s nomination and for her to have won the ultimate award has meant a great deal to all at the service. “With 37 residential aged care services across NSW and South East Queensland for Angela to have been singled out as our most outstanding employee was a significant achievement,” said Marketing Manager, Karen Martin.

“Elizabeth Zachulski, Angela and the team at St Catherine’s work exceptionally hard to create a wonderful environment for their residents and I am so happy that both Angela and the service have been recognized in this way.”
