Combined church gathering at St. Paul's Catholic Church Bodangora

St Paul’s Catholic Church, Bodangora is near Wellington, on the Mudgee/Wellington road.  Bodangora was a gold mining town in the early 1900's and is now a small village.

The combined church gathering was attended by 34 people on Sunday 7th October  at 11.30am. A simple church service of praise and worship was held with parishioners from the Catholic and Anglican communities of Wellington attending. The service was a part of the covenant program, between the Catholic and Anglican Churches in Wellington, for 2012.

A light lunch was shared afterwards in the church grounds as well as discussion on the importance and beauty of the local small bush churches and their communities. The church is used only for weddings and baptisms and this was the first church service for a few years.
