The NSW Government has announced a further easing of COVID-19 restrictions for hospitality venues and other businesses from 1st June.
Regrettably, despite lobbying from the bishops of NSW and ACT for our churches to be treated similarly, to-date there is no indication that this will be the case.

CHURCHES TO RE-OPEN AND MASS AVAILABLE IN A LIMITED CAPACITY
From Friday 15th May, the NSW Government has lifted some of the COVID-19 restrictions. The first phase of changes sees up to 10 parishioners at one time allowed to attend Mass and enter a place of worship. The limit for indoor funerals will increase to 20, and to 30 for outdoor funerals.
