The Diocese of Bathurst is invited to join Catholics around the world in prayer and unity as Pope Leo XIV begins his ministry as Bishop of Rome.

On Sunday 18 May 2025, the Holy Father will celebrate the Mass to mark the beginning of his Ministry as Pope at 10.00am (Rome time) on the steps of Saint Peter’s Basilica.

For those watching in New South Wales, this will be live at 6.00pm AEST.
