The Word by name is
JESUS CHRIST

Word and Faith Groups are simple meetings with Christ, who is the Word of God present in the scriptures, speaking to the lives of those who gather to listen and share what touches them. We pray:

 

Loving God we ask your blessing upon our gathering.
Open our minds and hearts to hear your Word and act upon it.
Give us the love and compassion of Jesus and the power of your Holy Spirit as we seek your will.
We make our prayer through Jesus and the Holy Spirit who live in love with you.

Amen

 

Our Sacred Music Ministry hosts a Word & Faith group at St Mary’s Gathering Space, Thursday 8:00pm. All are welcome to attend.

LENTEN PRAYER GROUPS

Lent is coming soon! The Diocese of Wollongong’s Lenten Program for 2024 is Pieta. Journey through Lent as part of a group or individually with scripture readings, reflections, prayers and artwork. Form your own group, or contact the parish office and we will connect you with an existing group.

The parish office will have books and group CDs available to purchase at the end of January. Books are $9 and CDs are $10. To reserve books and CDs for your group, please contact the parish office.
