Since leaving Rome, we’ve walked many kilometers along the Way of St Francis—through shaded forests, up hills, and under the hot sun. Some days have been joyful, others challenging, but all have been part of the grace of pilgrimage.

We’ve stayed in towns like Trevi and Poggio Bustone, and today we’ve arrived in Rieti. Along the way, we’ve faced sickness, sore feet, and tired legs—but also deep moments of connection, laughter, and prayer.

As we near Rome, we’re especially grateful for the support and generosity of those in our group, our diocese, and the many people we’ve met along the way. Thanks be to God for the pilgrimage we have had to date—in all that it has offered.
