As part of our journey, parish communities are gathering for local parish assemblies, taking time to pray, listen and discern together. The Gilgandra and Coonamble parishes recently held their assemblies, with other parish assemblies to take place across the Diocese in the coming weeks.

These gatherings are an important opportunity for parishioners to share in the life and mission of the Church at a local level, while continuing to walk together in faith and hope.

Parishioners are encouraged to register for their local parish assembly and take part in this important diocesan initiative. An infographic has also been prepared to help communicate the purpose and opportunity these assemblies offer to parish communities across the Diocese.

For more information and to register for your local parish assembly, please visit the Diocese of Bathurst website.
