In 2020 Cowra marked the 150th Anniversary of Catholic Education in the parish of St Raphael’s. This was a unique milestone which they had wished to celebrate at that time with the whole parish. As we know, unfortunately Covid hit and, with other setbacks, these celebrations were then curtailed.

So now, 3 years on, an Anniversary Dinner is to be held on Saturday night 15 July from 6.30pm at the Cowra Golf Club. The cost is $40.00 per person.

All parents, parishioners, ex-students and anyone who wishes to attend are most welcome. We will be joined by Josephite and Brigidine Sisters, ex-teachers, ex-students and other community members.

Sunday 16 July a special Anniversary Mass will be celebrated at 9am in St Raphael’s Church. We will then move to the official opening of the newly renovated Brigidine Chapel, unveiling of the Memorial Plaques and the official naming of the Primary buildings. Morning tea will then be served in the Brigidine Hall.
