This weekend is for blokes only …… to get away and take some MEN time to reflect on the values in your life and who you aspire to be. It is about having the time to stop and reflect through some simple meditation exercises on what you need most in your life right now.

It is not about being particularly holy, religious, or prayerful……just come as you are.
