Bishop Michael McKenna has announced he will ordain Deacon Cong Van Hoang and Deacon Duong Van Ha as priests.
The ordination will take place on Friday 12th April 2024, during 6.00pm Mass in the Cathedral of St Michael and St John, Bathurst.
Refreshments will be provided afterwards in the Mother Ignatius Hall (in the Cathedral Precinct).
The Mass will be livestreamed and details of that will be available on our Diocesan website – bathurst.catholic.org.au – closer to the date.
Please keep both men in your prayers as they continue their ministry as deacons in the Mudgee and Orange Parishes, and in particular as they now make their final preparations for ordination to the priesthood.
