Skillset Bathurst recently presented a certificate to the Catholic Development Fund (CDF) in recognition of the Fund’s commitment to training Ms Tayla Lazzaro-Harry, who has been working as a Trainee for the past 12 months. In the absence of the CDF’s Manager, Mrs Annette Evans, Fund Administration Officer Mrs Cathy Griffin accepted the certificate.

Under the Trainee scheme, Tayla was employed by Skillset and spent the past year studying, while working at the CDF to gain valuable practical experience. Tayla also received a certificate for completing her studies – Business Services – Business Certificate III. She has now secured a job with the CDF, making her the second Trainee the Fund has transitioned to permanent employment after Ms Charlee Pratzky, who completed her Traineeship earlier this year.
