On Thursday, 17th October 2024, the Diocese of Bathurst is launching Online Lectio Divina sessions. These weekly gatherings will be held online via Zoom every Thursday evening at 6:00 PM and are open to everyone across the Diocese.
Led by Bishop McKenna and other clergy from the Diocese, these sessions provide an opportunity for all participants to reflect more deeply on the upcoming Sunday readings. Through the practice of Lectio Divina, we will engage in a prayerful reading of Scripture, allowing time for personal reflection, sharing insights, and input from our clergy. This practice will deepen our understanding of God’s Word and enrich our spiritual journey.
While particularly beneficial for Mass readers, who are encouraged to join, these sessions are open to everyone seeking a closer relationship with Scripture and a deeper faith experience.
To join, simply click on the Zoom link provided here every Thursday evening at 6:00 PM, starting from 17th October. Whether you’re a regular reader at Mass or simply looking to grow in faith, we welcome you to participate.
Registration is available here or for more information, please contact Carmen on 6334 6400.
