Each year the Catholic Church in Australia marks Prison Sunday, bringing attention to the plight of prisoners and highlighting the important work that prison chaplains undertake.

This year Prison Sunday is Sunday 12 November.

The Diocese of Bathurst currently has four Chaplains in active Prison ministry in facilities in Bathurst, Lithgow, Wellington and Macquarie (also in Wellington).

All of our Chaplains are passionate about what they do to share the Gospel.
